This SD22404T-GN has worked without any issues for almost a year. I have it set to tour 3 presets covering a parking lot. After about 300 days or so it displayed a chinglish type message on the screen that basically states that if I don't stop using tour mode it will not work anymore. After a couple of weeks seeing this message it locked up the tour mode. Everything still works fine except tour mode. I do understand why it would do this but can I reset it somehow without doing a factory reset...... if that even works.... I've had other model PTZ camera on tour mode for several years and never got this message...

My guess - with the caveat that I have not used this particular camera - is that it has reached it's lifetime tour cycle design limit.
Presumably that's what the warning message was saying.
