Just receive this camera. Connected via power and POE. Red lights come on. Supposed to be be able to locate at 192.168.1.13 but it is no where to be found on my network. I have 2 other IPCT cameras working just fine with latest version of Blue Iris. The camera appears to be DOA and likely needs to be replaced. Please advise. Order #17635

Do not use the router to search for cameras, it won't find anything until they are on the same IP range. Use EZ Tools then change the IP address. You can download here - Tool—Zhejiang Uniview Technologies Co., Ltd. I just responded to your email that you sent 15 min ago as well

Those cameras will do 192.168.1.13 if there is no DHCP pool on the network it is connected to. By default it should have DHCP enabled and will pull an unused IP address from your network,
