I have old laptop I want to use it for this. This laptop could not run windows 7 or 10 only xp

u can probably try to install linux and run shinobi or zoneminder on it.. but they are difficult to configure for non techy people.

also it will be still too old/too slow now... your easiest solution is to get a second hand windows 10 machine.

read the wiki on how to choose the computer.

otherwise u can buy a cheap dahua nvr and record the video there.

If you refuse to take @holiday 's advice, you can try VLC: it's free and is supposed to run on XP and accept the RSTP stream from your cam.
