White Out

I have a Dahua camera, i'd need to look up the model.

Anyway, it has total whiteout on camera during the day, it never used to. Even on cloudy days so no sun glare. At night its a standard night vision camera.

I attach a photo. Any ideas?

I thought that would be a photo of the image settings, as opposed to a blank image.
The settings may well be where the problem lies.

So these are my settings. Color is fine. But going on time period it gets progressively whiter and whiter. This has been like this for a month. Averagely cloudy day no direct sun.

How are you viewing those settings? Via an NVR?
It looks like the camera exposure settings (and maybe gain) have been set to manual with a fixed value such that it can't automatically reduce the exposure time as the scene gets brighter as the day progresses.
Can you access the camera web GUI to check out the detailed settings?
