VTO3221D - not able to call + firmware upgrade Q

I have VTO3221D from SmartPSS_ac :

SV:1.000.0012000.0.R Device TYpe : The 1 Generation


I have some issue where from some reason when I click on the Intercom button ,
It doesnt call in cellphone app (Android ,gdmss).
I do able to call it from the app and i see and hear but no incoming calls ,
What can be reason for that?

second Q - Upgrading firmare .
Can some1 help finding newest firmware ?

from Dahua firmware page - i found General_VTO3211D_Eng_P_SIP_V4.300.0000000.5.R.20200323
butI when i try to uipgrade using VDPConfig it failing almost immediately,
is this the right version for ? any instuction for how to upgrade the firmware?

Do you work through the cloud or locally?
if through the cloud, then turn off upnp or turn off anyway
Plus, this firmware allows you to call or not

You need a transitional firmware, and then another.

I can confirm that is exactly the case at least that is my experience.
For VTO3211D I had to use something with the following name:

Customer_VTO3211D_Eng_P_32M_SIP_V3.200.10M7000.0.T.20181116.bin

Using VDPConfig from the Dahua toolbox I could update the VTO w/o issues.
Although I had to initialize it again before I could move on 4.3 or even 4.4.
