Camera won’t trigger and has ~ symbol in upper right corner

So I finally loaded version 5 and since that one camera no longer triggers record .
Its a Hikvision.
I can record manually but only for 30 seconds.
Also cannot get cams on cell only wifi.
I wish I had not uPGraded
Anyone know why the tilde symbol is showing ?

This had nothing to do with your upgrade. It’s user error. Your camera is set to inactive. Check schedule

I checked schedule and also checked schedule against those cameras that are working
They are exactly the same
Camera is enabled . I dont use schedules , my cams run 24/7 on motion trigger
Would this be sign of possible camera failure ?

No. Delete the camera in blue iris and at it back.

You saved me from fighting the wasps while changing this camera.
