I've got an issue with some DS-2CD3323/5 cameras, where it comes up with a locked user/account after using the PW reset tool successfully. I can get access in IE via the NVR, it is recording and I have live access. But it won't work through IVMS on the PC, both cameras say they are offline and when I try to go direct to the camera in IE, it says the user is locked, try again in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later it says the same thing. SADP tool says they are active.

With apologies for the dumb question - as you've reset / changed the camera passwords, did you also update the password as set in iVMSnnnn ?
The odd thing is, I'm using Ivideon for remote access and one of the ones that's had its password changed works ok on there, the other 2, one of which hasn't had its password changed doesn't come up on there.
