XVR Not resolve DNS names, only for IP

Good morning, greetings from Mexico.

I have a problem, my XVR does not solve dns names and I cannot connect via p2p. From the xvr I do the network test, I ping www.google.com or google.com and not response, but if I enter the ip 172.217.212.106 if I receive packages. Already try to modify google dns for OpenDNS or Cloudflare without success. Could you help me?

Note: if I connect the network cable to a computer or console it works without problem

Does the commandline have the nslookup command?

Sorry I don't use nslookup, from my computer I do it and it returns this
