2.8 - 12mm

Hi all, I've just replaced an older model 2.8mm lens hikvision camera (sorry can't remember model) with a new DS-2CD4D26FWD-IZS 2.8-12mm.

I'm impressed with the quality of it with it being powered by darkfighter. Problem I have is it seems zoomed in compared to my previous 2.8 lens camera. With this being 2.8-12mm how do I adjust this?

I've also noticed viewing the camera locally on my hik NVR the image looks a little distorted. I don't have any rotation settings set.

Any help on the above would be great

Hi, yes they show and I am fully zoomed out but doesn't look right to me. The FOV seems very narrow for a 2.8

The spec says horizontal FOV 90.1°-31°. What model was your old cam? It may have had a wider FOV.
