Had an installed install this NVR in my house. I have 3 hikvision cameras attached to it, wired. However I want to update the firmware/software on the NRV, but can not locate the brand or files required. Any help would be appreciated.

Presumably the NVR web GUI has a 'System Information' section that would provide some more clues as to what model the NVR is, and what firmware is currently installed.
And there will almost certainly be a product label, probably underneath the NVR, that would also provide needed clues.

Firmware Version: 3.4.96 Build 171128
Sticker on bottom shows Serial Number and model i posted above

The serial number and firmware version are consistent with it being a Hikvision OEM model.
Fom a Google search on the model number : Hikvision OEM 4K 4 Channel NVR with 4 Ports POE WD Purple HDD
"Hikvision Comparable Model Number: DS-7604NI-K1/4P"
So the firmware would probably be from here : DOWNLOAD EU PORTAL
if it doesn't object to the OEM code.

Thank you for your insight. when trying to upgrade to 3.4.103 FW on this page I get a firmware mismatch message on the NVR
