Hickvision DS-2CD2422FWD-IW bricked

Good morning, I need your help to repair my Hickvision DS-2CD2422FWD-IW.
I tried to update the firmware and now the camera no longer works.
All the LEDs remain on but I can not see it with SADP.
I tried to send the firmware with tftp, but I do not have the update message successful.
The message remains for over 15 minutes: Complete file .... transmit.
You can help me?

The hikvision tftp updater?
What firrmware? Only valid firmware will give an 'update completed successfully'.
This seems to be the EN/ML firmware for that model : DOWNLOAD PORTAL
And if it is a Chinese region camera, the EN/ML firmware will be rejected.

Yes I use hickvision tftp and I send to my cam these firmware 5.4.3 and 5.5.5 and 5.5.53 but I have this screen for long time but nothing happens

Is the camera a Chinese region model, or International?
What was the group of 4 letters in the serial number, did it include CCCH ?

It would need to be the serial number as seen on the camera web GUI, or SADP as opposed to the one on the label.

Good morning, unfortunately I can not access the gui or through Sadp.
The cam is locked and I always see all the LEDs on

After many tests with hickvision tftp I see the cam with sadp.
The serial number is: DS-2CD2422FWD-IW0120161209AARR689871261
currently the firmware loaded is 4.0.8 build 150325

The status is active

That's the same indication that happens on R0 series cameras that the camera is in the 'min system recovery mode' that's entered when incompatible firmware or other problems have occurred.

The serial number is: DS-2CD2422FWD-IW0120161209AARR689871261

That's good, as the AARR shows that it is an International model, not China region.

The fix will be to find the right firmware, applying via the tftp updater as you have already done.
It's a slightly unfamiliar model, but the link to the EU portal that I posted above did seem to be a match.

I have used the last firmware 5.5.53 EU version for the R6 with the tftp hickvision
