Got an update to my laview app. Anyone else get this? My wife and I use the same account so we both get the doorbell rings. Anyone else see this?
I am getting this too and I also share my acct on another device. If I click agree, it says "Failed to migrate"

Thanks. just downloaded 180726 and upgraded the firmware to my RCA doorbell. it is running fine now. need to test a few more days for stability of it.
Did it fixed the 180515 firmware stability issue?

it's been a day since upgraded it last night. it's been running smooth even with the button press for intercom conversation. no reboot or anything so far. seems ok for a day.

Mine seems good as well but the alarm schedule is still not being honored. I’m going to reset the camera when I get back from Blackhat/Defcon and see if that fixes it. It was suggested by Ryan O’Daniel from Nelly’s to do that. BTW, I did a packet capture on the device and it’s claiming to be a Clare product complete with Clare model number when it calls back home. I had to laugh. It also sends all the alarm pics back to an ezvizlife.com url completely in the clear. Not so good. I asked Ryan to push that up as an issue.

I have also discovered that in addition to guarding visions website, you can access this via the hicloudcam.com amongst likely others. The same creds work at ezvizlife.com as well.

So far I have found all of these iPhone apps to be working with the same creds and supporting my Nelly’s branded doorbell.

Guarding Vision
Hik-Connect
ClareVision+
EZViz
LaView Connect

EZViz seems to be the nicest of all of them. ClareVision+ is good as well. None of them seem to be honoring the motion alarm schedule. So it appears to be a firmware related issue. Anyone else have issues with the Alarm Schedule?

So I finally got my Uniden unit from Amazon and upgraded to 180726. When I decline the "call" on my phone, I get the subscriber message. Is this expected? Also using two way audio seems to ring my door bell/reboot the device. :(

after seeing your message i went to the front door and pressed the button again to test three times. i rejected the two way audio and i heard no message with both microphone and speaker volume set to 5 out of 10. i got no reboot neither. i did see reboot problem using the 180515 but not this 180726. are you sure you have 180726? you can verify it in the app. i tested on RCA brand, i did not test on my other laview brand though.

one question to you, have you tested your uniden brand without upgrading the firmware? i suspect your transformer is NOT providing enough voltage to it. my transformer had the similar problem when i first got the Laview doorbell camera. it kept ringing every few minutes. the solution was i got the August Chime adapter hooked up to the chime and it solved the problem

I'm definitely on 180726 and I'm getting the "subscriber is not available, please call again" message.

I think you're right about the transformer. The strange thing is these are all brand new houses and most of my neighbors have Ring and Nest doorbells. I can check the voltage from the transformer when I get a chance.

A lot of times it’s mounted to the side of the electric panel. That is where mine was located. Mine shares the breaker with my dish disposal.

Thank you both. So it stopped rebooting for now. I wonder if it's due to a weak wireless signal. It seems to be when I'm watching the live stream.

As for the message, the good news is that if I just ignore my phone, it times out and there's no message at the bell. So if it's only when I decline from my phone, I can live with that. :idk:

if you see it stops rebooting because you don't touch it, i am very confident that your transformer is not providing enough peak voltage to it when activities consume more power. when the IR sensor turns on, you may also see it gets rebooted so often. it's not the signal strength that matters much. if the doorbell is within 150 ft according to spec it should be connect. i have no problem with the doorbell 60 ft away from the wifi router with two dry walls in between. of course the farther away it gets the more power it consumes. the key point is your transformer cannot provide enough peak voltage to it when the doorbell consumes peak power. i measured continuous voltage across it last time with IR turning on, motion detection, button press, live streaming etc. i found IR turning on at night (even worse with motion detection triggered at night), speaker announcement, and doorbell button press consume a huge a mount of power, dropping voltage from 18 vac to 9 vac and below. it rebooted when the voltage dropped below 10 vac.

so get a transformer than can do 16 vac to 24 vac with 20 to 30 VA (watt) output. you will not regret that $30 replacement.

Does anyone know if there if a Hikvision NVR will control the motion detection of this device Uniden U-Bell version? My Amcrest NVR will only record video/audio. Been using this for 2 weeks and can’t complain for a $100 off Amazon, it’s down to $90 last I checked. Thanks.
Last I "heard" a hikvison NVR will be correctly "triggered" by the doorbell for MD Alarm recording event via the hikvision protocol (port 8000 access). I have an amcrest NVR also and in the same boat as you

Does any know the rtsp url for the Uniden u-bell db1? I've tried following urls.

rtsp://username:password@x.x.x.x/mpeg4/ch01/main/av_stream
rtsp://admin:yourpassword@x.x.x.x:554/h264/ch01/main/av_stream

I'm trying to view the stream in vlc and kodi.

I returned my Amcrest NVR to Amazon at my cost. Just bought an older mini Hikvision NVR off of Ebay that is not a US version. Will have it Saturday and will share my findings in this thread - NEW 1080P Wifi Video Doorbell!

Should be rtsp://uname:password@<ipaddress>/Streaming/Channels/101 for 1080p & /102 for 704x480

hmm.... That's not working either.
They are all rebranded hikvision so that should be it. Try rebooting it. Mine has been flaky at times. Are you trying it while connected to your local network or from the public ip? If it’s public IP then you will need to port forward TCP 554 to the internal camera Ip on your firewall/router

Recently, I've started having the issue of no video (but does have audio) when trying to playback a clip in landscape mode. It plays back fine in portrait, and in live view landscape. This happens with Guarding Vision, LaView connect and hikvision. However, it works fine in RCA security and EZVIS.
So what's the problem, you ask? The problem is that RCA and EZVIS seem to have removed their sharing settings! So I can either view in landscape mode, or share the camera, but not both? I have looked everywhere, but no luck. Using 180726 firmware, android 8.

The url you posted is the right one. Thanks! You are also right about the camera being flaky. Sometimes I can view the rtsp stream and sometimes it won't work.
