Resolution issues.

Hey guys and girls...

Just a quick enquiry, I've got 4 hikvision camera setup with a hikvision NVR.

2 of the cameras on the soffit boards run at full resolution settings under recording section on NVR but on my 2 mini bullets ds2cd2055fwd 5megapixels on the record resolution it only goes up to 640*480 to record in?

Any reason why this would be

Do you have the cameras set to use the sub stream as opposed to main stream in the web GUI Video / Audio configuration?
Also - check under Image | Video Adjustment what if anything Capture Mode is set to.

And on the NVR web GUI, Storage | Schedule Settings | Advanced button - stream type.

Both seem to be set to main stream? And some of the other options aren't there on web gui that were mentioned. Hmm..
