Hikvision 7616ni-e2 - 0x2000dd error after firmware update

Hello guys,

I'm getting this error 0x2000dd when configuring network after upgrading the firmware to latest version.

Says wrong configuration 0x2000dd error. I couldn't find any reference on this code. Any toughts?

Is it expected to be a 100Mbps link? Usually an NVR would be on a Gigabit connection.
Maybe the error is due to a cabling issue and the link has fallen back to a lower speed mode.
