How do you access Dahua cameras web interface if the IP range of your local network is dif from the static Ip Dahua defaults it's cameras at?

Change the IP address of the PC to match that of the camera. Then change the IP address of the camera to match your preferred range.
Or use the config tool to change the IP address.

I dont believe the config tool allows you to connect unless you are in the same range of IP. I was trying to test and setup these cameras at work before I install them at home so changing the internal IP to match my network here won't work.

I guess I will just change the IP address on a local computer to match the proper range...

This is incorrect. The Config Tool will search for, and find Dahua cams on other segments. I've included a screen shot of how to accomplish this.

This was great for figuring out camera locations. I just put this on my laptop and used @nayr camera on a stick idea.
