YOLOv5 error

I am upgrading the AI on a Blue Iris laptop from Deepstack to Code AI Project. As you can see in this picture, I can't get YOLOv5 to start and included is the error message. I have installed this on several other pc's with no such issues. Can anyone help me out here?

They are having issues with the server where the module install files get download from

Ok, thanks for the info. I messed with that stupid error for like 2 hours last night. Lol
