YCC365 security camera and rtsp protocol

I hope I wrote this post at the right forum ...
I own a YCC365 security camera.
Using VLC and the rtsp protocol I can connect

rtsp: / admin: 123456@192.168.178.64: 554

But the image is in black and white.
How could this inconven be corrected

In VLC try:
rtsp:/admin:123456@192.168.178.64/h264_stream:554 (with 2 "/" after "rtsp", of course).

Thanks. I know that there must be 2 "\\". I had written badly.
However today, after reinstalling VLC and calling back
rtsp2: / admin: 123456@192.168.178.64: 554
the screen is in color.

I used your info above to connect to my ycc365 camera.. what i need to know is how do i access the ptz controls.. ive been using agent dvr to access it but im want to access the interface and settings like date and time and such,
