Xvr 5108hs-4kl BootLoop , how can i fix it

I’m looking for a solution for Xvr 5108hs-4kl ,after a password reset (I pressed the Reset button on the motherboard ) the date has changed (01/01/1970), but the Xvr reboot for no reason,I think it’s firmware bug ,and I decide to upload the firmware.

I tried different solutions:

1- I tried to "Reset" a second time but it failed

2- I tried with the "Config Tool" software but the Xvr does not initialize despite having configured the ip address 192.168.1.108 (CONNECTION FAILURE)

3- I tested with "Smart PSS" undetected device

4- I also tried with web browser but it doesn’t work either

PS : I know that we can flash the "SPI Nand flash" with a programmer tl866 and in my case (Xvr 5108hs-4kl) an adapter for "ESMT F50L1G41A" ,Please someone knows another solution to upload the firmware ?

Download the update from the company's website and open the zip file
Copy all files to the flash drive
Install the flash drive in the front port of the device, then turn on the device
