Hello everyone, my camera have a problem after update to new firmware. The live view stuck on 99% and pop up notification says "Timeout when getting video data. Try again?". my camera also only record for 5 seconds, but i can see replay from memory sd smoothly. i'm using high speed wifi internet and my other camera also works fine, only this camera that have a problem. So i want to downgrade the firmware to v5.00.R02.000A07F3.10010.346732.0000010 (original firmware of this camera). I already search it for couple of days but can't find it. Maybe from this post, someone can give me a clue or helping me to download that firmware. Any advice are really appreciated. Sorry if my english isn't good. Thank you and greetings from Bali

Sorry for my late reply. I already solved this problem and my camera can working again, the "99% stuck live view" and "Timeout when getting video data. Try again?" issues already resolved. Because i don't find any source to download fm v5.00.R02.000A07F3.10010.346732.0000010, so i decided to install v5.01.R02.000A07F3.10010.346732.0000010 and this firmware solve the problem. But so sorry, because at that time i already frustated. i already remove the firmware file. But I will try to find the firmware again and if I find the firmware again, I will upload it and post it here. Thank you and hope this helps
