Wont show me UI3 web interface only JAVA

Hello Everyone
I have been scratching my head at this all day trying to figure it out and I cant!
I have 4 blue iris installs going and only one install has this issue

When I go to the web interface link it always shows me the old school webui that requires java to be install.

If I manually add ui3.htm to the end of the url it works fine.

I tried deleting the entire WWW directory and reinstalling blueiris, but still doesnt fix it.

Does anyone happen to have any thoughts

I fixed the issue and here is how i was resolved in case anyone ever has it.
I was in the users page and noticed some random text in the "HOMEPAGE" section when editing a user. I deleted this and it solved the issue

I have spent many days on this issue and cant believe it was something so simple
