That's crazy sharp. Frankly, I don't think the new Dahua model will be any better. Probably close, but the Hikvision ColorVu model is widely favored here it seems. Its only good if you have use for the integrated light though. Without the light, close up, its a toss-up. Will really depend on the surrounding light.

I'm assuming you're referring to the Hikvision model. Its something I'd like to compare side by side with the 5442 LED model.

Is this one 4MP Extreme Low Light IP w/ LED | IP Cam Talk upgradable using Hikvision firmware? Or would I need to seek the latest firmware from Nelly's security?
