Windows cliënt: no clip viewer and can't change profile

On the bi server the client doesn't show the clip viewer on the right side of the screen. The screen shows only the camera's.

I can't also change the profile on top of the screen.

I did a complete reinstall. After reinstallation it seems to be ok but after importing my settings I have my old situation. So it must be in the settings I thought.

You disabled administrator privileges from the admin user account..
 
Yes I did. I created another account with other login name with all the rights. But I have to have an Admin/Admin account fotr the Windows client?
