Windows 10 Auto Start Blue Iris

I have created a task schedule in Windows control panel; I have added Blue Iris to the Start-up folder; I have changed the properties of the shortcut to run as administrator, etc...and Windows still request USER CONTROL to IF you want this application to make changes to your system!

Can someone help solving this issue.
