why the blue box

Just got hikvision camera DS-2CD2T46G1-41/SL to go with my hikvison NVR DS-7616NI-E2.

there is a blue box in the picture in IVMS-4200 (PC), annoying. NOT on the cell phone, IVMS4500, or the NVR. How do I get rid of it?

That's one of the 'Event rules' - allows you to see what triggers the various events.
That looks like an Intrusion Detection box.
Enable / Disable in Local Settings | Rules
