why NVR DS-7108NI/Q1/8P/M can't connect with ip camera ?

hello everybody, happy niceday

I bought 2 units Hikvision NVR DS-7108NI/Q1/8P/M but can't connect or detect ip camera 3 mp Hikvision DS-2cd1131-I.
Ip camera connect to nvr by plug and play could get result text : " the user name or the password is wrong ".
If connect to NVR by manual could get result text : " the network is unreachable "

plase kindly see attach files.
