Why does my DS-2CD2032-I only have 2 Resolution selections?

I purchased 2 DS-2CD2032-I on Amazon (HD Security Store), which came in legit HikVison sealed boxes with all the accessories. I just noticed that both my camera's only have 2 resolution selections.. What is up with that??

Are you running it at 60hz or 50hz?

60 I think.

make sure. go to image, video adjustment.

Found the cause. Capture mode was set on 1080p. Thanks for your help.
