Who Said That You Cannot Use A PTZ Camera In Color to Capture License Plates at Night

Just kidding to some degree. I was fine tuning my large PTZ camera last night and managed to capture a license plate on a moving car and in full color.

Ignore the dirty lens but Yeah! I have one PTZ that captures every tag leaving the old neighborhood...
