Who Is The OEM For Logitech Alert 700E Camera?

they are propriety cameras...logitec had someone make it for them and only for them...there is no oem you can get parts from...its old and outdated...its best to sell working parts on ebay to the suckers willing to pay good money for it and upgrade to a better system.
