Which PC to use?

Newbie here... I'm looking at installing BlueIris with 10 - 12 POE cameras. I have 3 old pc's to accomplish this. Which one is best, if any?
PC 1: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8500 CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz; 8GB RAM
PC 2: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7600U CPU @ 2.80GHz, 2904 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s); 8GB RAM
PC 3: Intel Core i7-2600 CPU @ 3.4GHZ; 16GB RAM

The i5-8500 will be the best one. It is the only one of the 3 that will be able to update to Win11 as well.

i5-8500 will do the job, if you can you may want eventually throw in another 8 GB of ram....mostly for working with playback/ review of large files.....I havent personally used 8GB on any of my machines, so not sure how it acts.
Run a SSD for the C:\ drive...and a large terabyte drive for the video storage........

I would probably throw 8GB or more RAM in, but the 8th gen with 8GB is better than the 2nd gen with 16MB

Does it matter if all your cams a 4k and you want to use CPAI for a couple of Z12E cams for LPR duty?

More RAM certainly wouldn't hurt.

Probably overkill for most, but I run 24 on 1 BI mchine, and 32 Gb on my other BI machine, just so I know RAM is not the Issue, for whatever glitches occur....

Definitely go with the i5-8500 .. I recently found another 8gb stick for mine for $10-20 on ebay .. so good time to increase RAM on older systems ..
