Which Hikvision App is the best for Android Cell phones?

Hi Guys, I have a couple DS-2CD2043G0-I cameras and an NVR, a DS-7608NI-I2/8P and was wondering which is the best App for remote viewing on my Samsung Cell using and and tablet?

Also, for my PC, using old Windows 7, what operating software should I use to view and configure? IVMS 4200?
Any camera setting that you use may be helpful too. Thanks

i use ivms 4500 on my phone but you can also use hikconnect and to view your cameras live feed and to adjust your settings on the pc youll need to download pale moon browser Pale Moon for Windows downloads then use ivms4200 through it as using it normally through chrome you wont be able to view the cameras hope this helps abit
