Which camera for patrol dog and garden?

Hi, I would like to buy an ip camera to patrol my dog and a small garden of 20 meter of extension.
I think who requisites are:

- outdoor ip camera
- day and night (IR)
- motorized ptz function with minimum 90° tilt and minimum 3x zoom
- minimum resolution: 2 mpx
- patrol / tracking functions
- price under 500$

I have a synology nas who i can use for recording

any suggestions?

the longest distance i need to patrol is about 10 meters.

I don't know that camera, but it'd be cheaper to get 3 cameras to cover that area rather than this one PTZ.

that camera does not have a tracking function...you will need to manually patrol. Quality cameras with tracking are very expensive.
