I am trying to put into service an older retired turret cam that I have, and am wanting to find out which model it is.
There is no label on it, and its web page does not indicate.
I never labeled it before putting it into retirement.
Maybe I want to upgrade the firmware.
Firmware is V2.800.0000000.10R build 2019-11-18
s.n. starts with 5L12J if that's any help.
smallish bullet - no zoom -
I'm thinking its an older 5442

any guesses ?

Post a pic of the camera and a screenshot of the GUI. It may help narrow down.

 I just found the label, it was on the back plate, I thought it would be on the housing of the cam itself. it is the 5442 as tm . :banghead:
I don't believe I separated the parts to a gang bin.

It is a 4mp.
Do you think this is worthy of a firmware update? it seems to work fine as is ?

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
Too many perfectly good cams get bricked...unless there's a feature you just have to have or the cam has an issue and you can't live with out trying updated f/w, I would not risk it....but that's me.
