Where is a trustworthy source for hikvision nvr?

I would like to purchase a hikvision nvr, but am unsure of where to get it one from. I have had frustrating experiences with AliExpress, newegg, and amazon. Often they say they have stock and a week after the order they say they don’t anymore.

It is replacement, so I would like to stick with hikvision.

Can anyone recommend a source? If it matters, I am in Canada.
 
I’ve been using 123securityproducts.com. All products are Western Region.

B&J photo. Maybe not the cheapest but they are reputable and you'll still have full warranty some Distributors will allow you to open an account without having an alarm installers license that would be your best bet this way at least you pay wholesale
