Im after an outdoor discrete camera to place on the fence just by the pavement, with microphone. I want to catch anyone walking past the house at face height. Can anyone recommend please. Im ideally after something that will blend in with the fence, I might even paint the camera the same colour.

Have you found anything after all? I'm also considering getting a similar-sized unit for the porch to intersect with the main outdoor camera I have installed.
It will be a secondary cam so quality doesn't have to be the best but I'd want it PoE and as small/discrete as possible. Sound option is not a necessity but would be great if available.
