What ports are really required for accessing cameras remotely (via mobile app)?

I've been doing various searches and there is a lot of mixed info out there.

Currently I have these three ports opened up and it is working properly, but I want to shut anything down that's not required:
Port 80 TCP
Port 8000 TCP
Port 554 TCP and UDP

If I'm not using a NVR and just viewing the cameras via the Hikvision movile app, shouldn't the app only need to access to 8000? Or does the app use the RTSP stream (554)?
Or is port 80 needed if you are going to make any changes to the camera settings (are changes sent via http posts)?
Is there any info that describes exactly what each port is needed for?

One site mentioned port 1024 is needed for 3G/4G which is really misleading and definitely not needed.

Thanks

Hello,

8000 ok for one . But if we have a second camera, we have to set a new port like 8001 for the second camera.

I'm speaking of app mobile IVMS 4500 too

I would like to add that after doing some testing, live view on the iVMS-4500 mobile app works fine with just port 8000 open, but you definitely do need port 80 (or 443 if using https) to do do remote configuration from your device or set push alarms.

With port 80 shut down, from my iOS device (using iVMS-4500) I kept getting a connect failed message whenever I clicked on a camera and selected "Remote Configuration" from the pop-up menu. Same issue when trying to set alarm notification.

With port 80 open everything works.

I'm not using an NVR, not sure if that has anything to do with it.
