what is the username when trying to connect to my HikVision NVR from browser on same network?

Hi Folks, I can see the NVR from my network settings on my laptop, when I try to connect to it directly from a browser I come across the login page below.

The only username I'm aware of is the one for my Hik-Connect App.
So what is the username for connecting to the NVR directly? Where would I find this on the NVR and presumably the password is the same as the activation code

Now I just need to get my camera working again. Just shows No LINK but the POE port on NVR shows power being drawn
