He stops, picks up garbage, backs ups, pulls forward, picks up the same can, then picks up my can and leaves it half way to the next house...

What the ???? So he dumps your neighbor's can twice, never dumps your black can then drags your blue can blue can down the road? He's obviously impaired or just plain not focused on what he's doing. And backing up as fast as he does in a residential area is dangerous and irresponsible. It's a Saturday afternoon (if the OSD time is correct), kids and people are likely in the vicinity. Doing it in that manner ANYTIME is ill-advised.

I think it's great that you have such a clear video with vehicle number as this driver deserves some closed-door instruction by his supervisor.
 
That truck only picks up the blue Recycle cans and a different one picks up the black non-recycle cans. They did legalized marijuana this year. Wonder if that has something to do with it?

The camera is one of those non Hikvision, non-Dahua brand that we are not allowed to discuss on this forum.

I figured that about different cans and different trucks, as your neighborhood reminds me of where I lived in Santa Clara, CA for 29 years. We had black cans for garbage (contractor), green for grass & garden waste (City) and blue bins for recycled plastics (also City). I do think he was impaired or had his head up his a$$.

I've never heard of that rule. Maybe you're thinking of cctvforum.com?
This site discusses every cam, nvr and cam mgmt software manufacturer out there. Unfiltered, no censorship, no "Fake News" to protect sponsors, etc. @fenderman will correct me if I'm wrong....

He's being an idiot.... Some people get upset when it's explained to them that they bought crappy cameras....
 
Meanwhile, back to the topic: it's perfectly clear to me what he's doing. He's gotten a poor performance review from his supervisor, Mr. Mikey McWaste at Trailer Trash Garbage Compane and he's quite upset. And he's decided to practice his pull up and pick technique. Or perhaps this theory is just a load of rubbish.
 
Maybe it's a new guy in training? I can imagine his instructor inside the cab "STOP! STOP!!! STOP!!!!!"

They did legalize marinara this year. But that would be illegal to operate any vehicle on the road.
