What is/how to use/setup zoom ratio on ptz ???

Can someone explain me the use/setup, maybe an example of the "zoom ratio", since i have no clue what this is for
It's on an DS-2DE4A225IW-DE , but if im not wrong, the button is on every ptz from hikvision ;-)

It is the amount of zoom you want when utilizing smart tracking. Zoom in on the GUI screen as much as you would like the camera to do when smart tracking and set it at that level.
