What could be the cause of database being corrupted?

Hi guys,

I would like to know whether database got corrupted is caused
by improper windows shutdown (due to power failure)?

Should I be worried?

If it happens again, does BI auto correct the database to make it good again?
Because I saw at 3.25.57pm, the log stated: DBRegenerate: Finished
