I figured out what's going on there. That bird is a member of ANTIFA and is tearing down an offensive statue that represents cruelty to fish.

A dab of RTV silicone on his butt, smashed against the rock would save him from that fate. Still easy to remove.

For sure! But if I did him, I'd have to do more other ones than I'd care to mention (my wife loves her yard ornaments). Heck, we have a "hawk on a tree branch" that got knocked off a tree stump so many times by indignant squirrels that I finally glued it on the stump with construction adhesive. I think it lasted about a week before a squirrel broke him off of it's perch and I had to super glue it back together. That's the trade off around here and believe me, I'd rather put up with the critters than people any day.

Things are only going to get worse for the kid. Maybe he doesn't like birds and the only solution is for someone to lead his bottom or stick a pole up it!
