Western Digital Hack....

Well at least they didn't ask you to login to your account and call the number in South Africa, to verify they stole your identity, and that for 10,000 Rubles, they can secure your account.
 
Wow, that explains why the other night I went to the WD store and it stated temporarily unavailable. I bought from them before but have not received that email.

I have never bought anything from the WD Store, yet I received 2 of these emails about 12 hours apart on Saturday. I do have an account with WD due to warranty repair years ago on a crappy WD Blue drive. The IP address the emails came from are 10.139.87.225. A search via Google comes up with it being a private IP address and very little WHOIS info.
