So I parked our car a bit closer to my IPC-T5241H-AS-PV because of recent door checkers in the area, and got an odd up side down LPR reflection off the camera in the Pic.

It's a shame that you have to turn your car upside down to get the plate right side up though 
I noticed that for the first time on one of my cameras last night as well, I chalked it up to the reflection of plates being so bright that it is actually reflecting inside the lens of the camera when the plate is off center. It's fun when you can reproduce it on a PTZ.
