weird events last night, BI webserver was disabled and all my Dahua cameras tried...

calling home. I noticed I could not check a my cameras so I came down reboot the one machine and went back to bed, opened my phone this am and no connection to BI. I come back to that machine and there are no recordings from 8.34 pm till I went and re enabled the webserver this morning at 07.14 am. than I get the log from mu router and it is filled with the dahua cameras trying to phone home

I jumped over to the other machine running BI in windows 11 and it was recording a coincidence? what stopped the one machine's web server?

I wonder why or how the BI server was stopped? and is it related to the cameras attempting to access the net?
BTW there were no updates done on either machine
