Weird error code FIXED*

I'm getting error 0x13 on one of my cams,it started cutting out and now it only appears at the bottom of the screen, it's not grouped with my other cams. I'm so confused

Anybody? The cam is 2t32i8,with 7716ni sp. I tried 12345,nope, I tried 123456789abc, it either says network busy,Or, error 0x13. It's not on internet connection.......it was working and then nothing. It still comes on tho

At this point I'm talking to myself but I don't care. I fixed this issue finally. The hik was a camera from China, Here's a step by step for those of you with bricked cams from China. Step 1,unplug camera.Step 2,remove poe cable,step 3 ,take the camera and cuss really loudly at it.Step 4. Throw it in the garbage, call up nellys security and get a US version camera,all fixed! Lol
