Hi,
I also have a One plus 5t. Using Chrome as browser and it works fine.
Both with 192.168.xxx.xxx:8080/mobile.htm or 192.168.xxx.xxx:8080/ui3.htm

I really don't know why it doesn't works.

I'm using a ddns service that works good on my pc...

Are you on LAN (local) or remote (WAN, such as cellular network) when it does not work?
DDNS should only be needed via WAN.

Could you try this url with your smartphone?
cioffi.ddns.me:4086
Comes up with proper login for BI's UI on PC using IE and on iPhone using Safari.

With Firefox for android works good...

Uninstall/re-install Chrome maybe?
Are versions of Android same between working phone and non-working phone using Chrome?

I can't uninstall it because it's a system app.

The problem is only with Chrome for Android, with firefox for android works good.

I really don't know where and what should i do in chrome.

Should i open other ports on my router settings? I think the blue iris webserver use only the port 80.

Regards

FYI, just brought it up OK on wife's Moto Android with Chrome.

No, I would not open ports; you can change BI to look at other port, not just 80.
Your BI must be set on 4086 if I can hit your server with that URL.
I think it's an issue with the phone and/or O/S on that phone.
If FF works, stick with that, I guess.
