Webcam stream to GlanceCam MacOS client

Do any of you know how i can make this camera url work in my MacOS App GlanceCam

http://212.30.240.21:8094

If i check the web inspector it has auto refresh, any solution what url i can use that will work?

OK, so GlanceCam is the IP camera viewer app for MacOS....what is the make and model of the IP camera you want to view with it?
