Web viewer scrubbing 480p vs 720p and above.

Hi all
Using the iPhone webview ui3 v5 and v6 I’ve always had an issue that 480p is great for scrubbing along the time line but 720p and above is just too slow to use.
Any idea if this is normal? Just seems a significant slowdown in comparison. I’ve been using blue iris for a few years and it’s always been this speed so it’s not version , at least until last update which made it even worse.
The attached clip is from 6.0.7.7 which was running fine btw.

I don't use UI3 on my Android phone, but for clarification is this happening when connected locally via WIFI or some sort of remote connection over the cellular internet? Is it possibly due to network latency when using higher resolution which require more data?
 
Most likely the lower resolution is fast because the recorded sub stream is being used (which is a lot faster to seek in, being lower resolution and bit rate). I just checked and UI3's "Seek with Sub Stream" setting is NOT applying to timeline seeking, which I would call a definite bug. I am going to see if I can get this fixed a.s.a.p.
