Web component install problem

I cannot install the web component setup on one of my laptop having windows 8. It shows an error message :unable to execute file in temporary directory. Setup aborted. Error 5:Access is denied

Can anyone help me with this??

Have you tried closing your browser before you execute the WebComponents.exe executable?

Logged in as Administrator ?
enough storage space available on HDD ?

Yes my browser was closed at installation time...


There is enough space in my hard disk

Try running the WebComponents.exe executable from within the Documents folder.
