Water-Tight Submersible Camera

Has anyone seen any cameras that are water tight for extended underwater service that are still resonablly priced? Specifically I'm looking to monitor a drain plug in a large outddor aquarkum that tends to clog with leaves. Any suggestions?

There's some reading for you if you search with key word "underwater" and not limit search 'only to this forum'.

Frankly, the terms "water tight" (completely, for underwater) and "reasonably priced" don't go together well, IMO.
