Warranty?

Andy, what is your warranty period in case of any issues?

Perhaps of bigger concern than the duration is the process. Even if theoretically in-warranty I believe you have to pay the shipping at least to China, not sure about return.

In some cases it may be worth considering the cost saved as self-insurance, rather than work through a warranty claim so to speak. You just have to look at how it all nets out in the end.

Can anyone who has actually shipped a camera back to Andy speak to the cost? Do you typically need to add insurance and signature requirement when sending there I wonder?
When I looked into shipping one of mine back, the estimate was around $58, ( 1/3 the price of the canera I had), without insurance, from U.S.
I dont recall if that was a UPS or USPS quote online.
It would be interesting to know someone's actual costs as mine was just an online estimate I never followed through.

All device has 2YEARS warranty, if exceed 2 years still can be fixed up by free, but shipping cost all undertake by clients.:)
